Expense reports are one of those administrative chores that take a lot of time for both employee and manager. Eliminating paper expense reports

Once a receipt is digitized, an employee can send it for approval to their manager. In Xpenditure, approval is organized on expense level. This means that only approved expenses will be reported and the employee only needs to review his rejected expenses. By focusing on what really matters employees don’t need to redo reports over and over again.

Because all expenses are digitized, and already approved, the expense report can be processed easily to existing accounting or ERP software.
